How often can I get energy work done?
Results may vary from person to person and depending on what your goals are. Typical treatment schedules are weekly for more complex challenges and monthly for building a consistent regimen of nervous system alignment.

The tools used in The KOOP Studios have been bought in local shops in Ireland (or while travelling) or crafted by local artisans or Autumn, herself. Shopping through this website means supporting small businesses.

Cancellations & Refunds?
Cancellations for single (2hr) workshops must be made more than 48hrs in advance to receive a full refund. 

If you cannot attend one session in a series course, you will be able to transfer that segment to a later course in the year.

For Reiki trainings, cancellations must be 2 weeks ahead of the scheduled weekend in order to receive a full refund (minus deposit) and 1 week ahead of the scheduled weekend to receive a 50% refund (minus deposit). While the deposit is non-refundable, it is transferrable to another Reiki training 

All courses will run as advertised unless there are not enough participants registered; in which case, full refunds or transfers will be offered at least 12hrs ahead of the scheduled start time.
